Dr. Diaa Hammad Founder & CEO of New Modular an international legal advisor, academic, and certified arbitrator with more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial law, international arbitration, corporate governance, and construction contracts. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in legal departments of local and multinational companies across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, supporting major construction, trading, and investment projects.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Modular, Dr. Diaa leads the company with a forward-looking vision that integrates advanced modular construction systems and aluminum formwork solutions with strong governance, compliance, and quality-driven management. His leadership reflects a deep belief in innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, fully aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
